Today I wanted to give you another healthy dinner idea since you are loving the recipes! If anyone had any other requests, then feel free to use the comment section or even drop me a message!
So the recipe of the day is quesadillas! These are a delicious meal that are fairly simple to make if you don’t have too much time.
Firstly, you’ll need some mince (beef or turkey), onions, grated cheese, wraps, cucumber and lettuce. You want to cook your mince in a small amount of olive oil, and add a small amount of salt, paprika and pepper. Add your diced onion into the frying pan of mince and let these brown slightly. You want to either cook the water from the onion off or remove it from your pan. Once the meat is cooked to your liking, add some grated cheese and let this melt slightly (you’ll need enough for the cheese to act like a glue). Then remove this mix into a large bowl.
Lastly, grab a wrap and place it into your pan (on a low heat), add the mince on top of half of the wrap and fold the wrap in half. Let this cook slightly, letting the wrap crisp up slightly (careful it doesn’t burn). Once this is complete, remove the quesadilla from the pan and cut the folded wrap (with mince inside) in half. And voila! You’re done! I usually have some sliced cucumber and lettuce on the side to get some salad with the meal too.
This recipe does take a bit of practice but it is so worth it once you’ve mastered it!
